I'm 26 years old (female) who has panic disorder and I worry I'll get heart issues from it as I get older..can this happen?.?

I've had panic disorder for 7 years now and I'm gradually improving and worrying less. I do still worry though about getting hypertension then that leading to heart attacks and heart failure. Can someone please give me advice?
