Do you gain all the weight back after fasting?

I went over a week fasting and lost 16lb, and I started eating tons of food, ( cookies,pizza,got dogs ) i ended up a week later dropping from 187lb to 184lb, even after eating loads of food. then I am on 7 days now and I went from 168lb to 163lb
