What do skinny girls eat in a day?

I'm not talking about skinny girls who have a fast metabolism and can eat 500 lbs of food and not gain an ounce. I'm taking about girls who have a normal or slow metabolism, but stay thin because of their diet. Also whether they workout or not is helpful.
