Foreskin problems?

My foreskin won’t pull back if I try because it’s tight but if I’m having sex it will and we cover the head after I’m done. Is this normal??

What problems. Apart from risk of it getting stuck, this is fairly normal for most youngsters. I would use more lube. It does not NEED to go back that far. Don't force it and use baby oil when you masturbate. It should loosen up with gradual use.
