Unfortunately without the help of a actual mental health professional you are just making a guess.

Only a doctor can accurately diagnose and treat your symptoms. Don't take any online tests.

Accurate? Maybe, maybe not. But there *are* online screening tests for things like depression. Google will help you find one if that (or another condition) is a concern.

If you go to a doctor you can be rest assured they will find something wrong with you. It's what increases their profits. Best to avoid them and just know that sometimes life is up and other times its down.

Not really. There's no objective tests for many mental health diagnoses. A doctor or a psychiatrist are usually the ones to diagnose people as mentally ill.
