That is not harassment. That is simply being friendly and most normal people like being called names that are terms of affection. I would give her more money, not fire her. But then she needs to get a new boss by the sound of things.

If you fired her she would scream rape. Its the sad truth but the woman is almost always believed while the male is perceived as guilty. It is best not to hire a woman in the first place.
