Simply NO! Interstellar travel is merely fantasy, and intergalactic travel is an extremely absurd idea. The fuel demands for interstellar travel can never be met. Infinite fuel supplies are impossible.

No. The speed of light limit would prevent aliens from distant galaxies from getting here. Besides, they're busy doing stuff in their own galaxies and can't be bothered with ours.
