Looking for anecdotes or personal experiences cause I might need to do this to get home.

Not really because any physical strain increases the risk for bleeding so soon afterwards. You should take a taxi or bus home.

Of course you can. I went straight to work the next day after the surgery. it was a little painful and had a bad taste in my mouth but you can live thru it. They even game me codeine for the pain which you are not suppose to drive but i did

The day after maybe .. Immediately afterwards not recommended, simply because you'll still be dizzy and feeling numb. Have somebody drive you home (a friend, family member or someone else you know and trust).

Not a good idea. Anything that raises your pulse in the first few days will make your jaw throb.

No, don't try it. Line up a friend to pick you up. Use Uber if you have to.
