I am getting my bottom wisdom teeth surgically removed on Thursday at 930am by an oral surgeon. Can I eat rice or Mac n cheese afterwards?

No. Eat soft foods. Ask your oral surgeon your question.

You should have pureed/mash food only for about one week, Rice is soft but it can get stuck in the socket similarly than other food with crumbles.
