Came across this problem while practicing in my textbook to study for a test and this one has stumped me.

    radius = 13-10 = 3 (x-10)^2+(y+14)^2 = 9 See Graph https://www.desmos.com/calculator/bdhzuq...

    If the center of the circle is at x = 10 and the circle is tangent to x = 13, the radius of the circle is 3 and the equation of the circle is: (x-10)² + (y+14)² = 9
